Technical Sales Engineer – Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Tasks - What to expect

• Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including tender processing and cost calculation
• Development of electrical engineering concepts for control, automation, and power systems in the hydropower sector
• Analysis of existing plants and development of modernization and refurbishment solutions
• Technical support for Sales and Project Management regarding customer inquiries, change orders, and additional proposals
• Evaluation of supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Electrical engineering design and documentation using EPLAN
• Close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Project Management teams

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• You are passionate about energy and plant engineering and are either looking to start your career in exciting projects as a graduate or bring at least 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design, project engineering, proposal management, or technical sales
• Experience in electrical design as well as reading and creating electrical schematics and system diagrams is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% internationally and domestically

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,000 (full-time) for recent graduates and EUR 3,300 for experienced professionals. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary is possible.
