Technical Sales Engineer (EMS / Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by achieving sales revenue, gross profit margin, and accounts receivable targets.
• Analyze market/customer research, competitor data, and pricing strategies to support effective sales and marketing planning.
• Communicate the company’s product and service value proposition to customers and suppliers, while building strong long-term relationships through networking and partnership development.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers, and support annual sales budgeting and forecasting for strategic planning.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (or equivalent industry experience)
• Knowledge of the EMS electronic market/competitors and familiarity with IPC standards such as IPC-6012, IPC-600, and IPC-610.
