Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation & Control Solutions

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Technical Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and drive sales of industrial automation systems, electrical control panels, and customized control solutions, particularly for industrial machinery and equipment manufacturers.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities with industrial machinery manufacturers, OEMs, equipment builders, factories, and system integrators.
• Conduct customer visits and meetings to understand technical requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell electrical control panels, PLC, HMI, VFD, motor control systems, and industrial automation solutions.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, electrical sales, industrial automation, or control panels is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and industrial automation products.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to conduct regular customer visits and field sales activities.
• A valid UAE driving licence and knowledge of the local industrial market are an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can proactively generate leads, develop customer relationships, understand technical requirements, and take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry to order confirmation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
