Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator

Responsibility

• Maintain and developing business with new existing customers
• Analyze the market and its trend in order to provide accurate long short term forecast
• Creates the sales plan to cover the areas assigned in the most effective and economic manner
• Identifies key customers and keeps up-to-date records of all perspectives and current customers
• Maintain and develop relation with current and future customers through frequent visit
• Document customer needs, prepare price quotations and negotiates and formulates final contract jointly with others members
• Monitor and submit regular report on competitor’s activities
• Accurately create weekly, monthly and yearly report
• Assist the collection of overdue account receivable
• Assist in recommending objectives and strategies for various suppliers and products
• Respond to all customer’s problem on product, delivery, document, etc.
• Act as backup for all other administrative department

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or higher in Science, Engineering or related filed
• At least 5 years work experiences in sales, or related filed
• Able to communicate in English
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Excellent communication & influencing skills, strong collaboration, attention to details
• Able to travel to work by own
