Job Description: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Mappedu, Thiruvallur, Chennai
Experience: 2–4 years
Age: Below 32 years
Salary: ₹32,000–₹50,000 per month (as per the requirement shared)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and related technical solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to provide technical support to customers.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new customer accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, industrial equipment sales, or automotive-related sales.
• Good technical knowledge and customer-handling skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
