Technical Sales Engineer/Team Leader/Assist. Manager/Manager

About the role

The role will be based in Klang, Selangor. This is a Technical Sales Engineer/Team Leader/Assist. Manager/Manager position within Metal Work Pneumatic (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Metal Work S.p.A., a leader in pneumatic systems for factory automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong relationship and grow the company with assigned key customers, increase the sales & market share in territory
• Establish and develop new customers / businesses (OEM, reseller, dealer, end user, etc.)
• Visit and meet up prospective customers with fast response and support
• Execute a visiting plan, prepare reports, analyse sales quotation and propose actions plan to enlarge business coverage
• Provide an accurate inventory forecast based on customers' requirement
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, basic product training and after-sales support to assist customers to fulfil their needs
• Presentation, demonstration and application of product features to customers
• Update Voice of Customers and market trends to management
• Explore opportunities with machine maker, end Users as well as resellers & dealers

About you

• Certificate / Diploma holder / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Related pneumatic or factory automation working experience; or dealer/distributor management experience is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written language in Malay and/or English
• Self-motivated and Independent with result oriented
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to plan sales visits with set sales objectives
• Optimistic attitude, leadership, self-management is must
• Valid driving license with own transport
• Willing to travel extensively in Klang Valley to support customers' requirements
