Technical Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer visits.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Manage existing customers and explore opportunities to increase revenue by offering a variety of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Prepare and manage quotations and delivery order documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.
• Achieve sales targets assigned by management.
• Assist in preparing internal sales meetings, client visit agendas, and technical documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and overdue payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 2 - 3 years or more of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the Heavy Equipment, Construction, or Industrial Sector, will be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and promote a results-oriented culture.
• In-depth knowledge of the rigging, marine, oil & gas, shipping, or mining industries is preferred, as is the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
