Technical Sales Executive

.Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Research, source, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Technical Demonstration: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and trials to showcase product capabilities, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Technical Advising: Offer expert advice on product applications, technology upgrades, and tailored solutions based on client requirements.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to generating tenders, proposals, and final purchase orders.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with internal technical teams and provide post-sale support to resolve client issues.
• Industry Knowledge: Attend seminars, product trainings, and conferences to keep updated with industry trends and competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the specific technology, software, or machinery being sold.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and commission goals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating and delivering technical presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and act as a consultant to clients.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites for meetings and demonstrations.
