Technical Sales Executive (TSE)

Job Descriptions :

1. Specialty sales of raw chemical and equipment to industries
2. Maintain good relationship with clients
3. Responsible to define the strategy based on market opportunities, customer needs.

Qualification :

1. Graduate with minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Electrical/ Textile Engineer/ Pharmaceutical / Food Technology
2. 2 to 5 years of work experience in related field is preferred
3. Specialty sales of raw chemical and equipment to various industries (textile / paints / personal care & home care / food / paper/ adhesives / building & construction/ plastics/ chemical processing / water treatment)
4. Good understanding of chemical products and industrial applications
5. Ability to convert technical requirements into commercial opportunities
6. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
7. Able to develop sales strategies, market analysis and business development plans
8. Good communication & interpersonal skills, able to develop good interpersonal relationship and have strong persuasive skill
9. Willing to learn new skill, ability to manage business projects and possess problem solving capability
10. Has initiative and able to work independently &/ or as a team
11. Good command of English, and proficient and comfortable in preparing sales reports and presentations
12. Fluency in Mandarin speaking is an advantage
13. Have a car driving license (A)
14. Position is open for Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya office.
