Technical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive Business Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and capture new B2B business opportunities within target technical industries to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

·       Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary engineering and technical point of contact for clients. Deeply evaluate client specifications, drawings, and operational requirements to propose precisely matched product solutions.

·       Presentations & Technical Demos: Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations, live product demonstrations, and structured Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to engineering teams, procurement leads, and C-level executives.

·       Proposal & Contract Management: Author robust technical proposals, take ownership of detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs, and manage commercial negotiations through to a successful close.

·       Key Account Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers across major client accounts to maximize retention and account value.
