They are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships and position Whitty Engineering as a preferred supplier of engineered solutions. This senior role blends engineering knowledge with commercial leadership, overseeing sales strategy, technical solution development, key account management and marketing execution.

What you’ll lead:

• Technical sales strategy and business development
• Domestic and international key accounts
• Estimating, scoping and tender development
• Technical marketing, brand positioning and promotional activity
• Customer experience, partnerships and stakeholder engagement

What you bring:

• Engineering background with strong technical sales capability
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial or OEM environments
• Ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
• Strong commercial acumen, CRM capability and sales reporting skills
• Values‑driven leadership and excellent communication skills
