Technical Sales Manager

The Opportunity

GRTS is partnering with a Tier 1 global manufacturer of mining and mineral processing equipment , recognised as a market leader across crushing, grinding, separation and material handling.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager – Crushing to join their North American business, with a particular focus on cone and jaw crushers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional looking to combine their engineering expertise with a customer-facing commercial role, working for one of the world's leading mineral processing OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support the sale of cone and jaw crushers across North America.
• Work closely with regional account managers to identify opportunities, develop technical solutions and support customer discussions.
• Advise customers on crusher selection, applications, performance and optimisation.
• Support capital equipment and aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with mining and aggregates customers through regular site visits and technical engagement.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product management and commercial teams to deliver effective crushing solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment, particularly cone and jaw crushers .
• Experience within applications engineering, technical sales, product management or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of crushing circuits, equipment selection and the application of crushers within mining or aggregates operations.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers and translate technical knowledge into commercially effective solutions.
• Mechanical engineering qualification or a related technical background preferred.
• Experience within the mining sector is advantageous, although candidates from aggregates will also be considered.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–75% across North America.
