Technical Sales Manager

JOB DETAILS

1. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition in the Pharma and Bio-sciences industry.

2. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, developing a team to handle pan India coverage.

3. Experience in servicing the R&D divisions in the Pharma and Bio-sciences Sector is a must.

4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

5. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

7. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
