Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Passive Fire Proofing (PFP)

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of Passive Fire Proofing (PFP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, PMCs, developers, and industrial clients.
• Drive specification-based selling and project sales.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, conduct technical presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales of PFP, industrial coatings, adhesives, MRO, or other engineered industrial products.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with consultants, EPC contractors, and project-based sales is preferred.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
