Technical Sales Officer

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Officer with experience in bioscience, pharmaceutical, food and feeds chemical raw ingredients to help grow our business in bioscience, pharmaceutical, food and feeds. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales skills with technical knowledge, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about delivering innovative ingredient solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow accounts within thebioscience, pharmaceutical, food and feeds industry
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and market research
• Present and promote chemical raw ingredients to manufacturers and formulators
• Work closely with the technical team to understand product applications and benefits
• Recommend customized ingredient solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients through excellent support and service
• Stay updated on market trends, innovations, and competitor activities within the personal care industry

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of bioscience, pharmaceutical, food and feeds chemical raw ingredients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field
• Strong knowledge of bioscience, pharmaceutical, food and feeds chemical raw ingredients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Comfortable handling client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
