Technical Sales Representative

About the role

Technical Sales professional in machine industries, responsible for understanding customer needs, providing product expertise, and driving sales through technical presentations and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

1. Analyze and understand technical requirements and challenges faced by customers to suggest suitable machine solutions
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of machines, their specifications, features, and applications to effectively explain and demonstrate benefits
3. Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations of machines to prospective clients
4. Create detailed technical proposals, quotations, and documentation tailored to client requirements
5. Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer technical specifications are understood and met
6. Provide technical assistance during installation, commissioning, and resolve operational issues post-sale
7. Keep up with market trends, competitor products, and gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings
8. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
9. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully

Maintain records of sales activities and prepare sales forecasts and reports for management

Qualifications

-Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Mechanical Technology, BS Automotive Technology or any Related course.

-With Experience is a plus, but Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
