Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Industrial Filtration products and services
• Provide technical and application assistance in order to influence their design and specification
• Develop new business along with maintaining and further developing existing business
• Proactively seek out purchasing decision makers and develop solid business relationships
• Effectively engage and assist in negotiating contract terms with customers
• Utilize CRM to maintain accurate opportunities, quote log and customer contact information
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
• Conduct follow up for existing quotes and project leads
• Visit job sites on larger and more complex projects

Requirements:

• A positive, customer first attitude; going above and beyond to satisfy each customer in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasing phone manner
• Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong user of Outlook, Word, Excel,etc
• Detail oriented with acute listening skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
• A mechanical or electrical technical aptitude is a plus

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
