Technical Sales Representative (Paints & Coatings)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through fieldwork, and client outreach.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Effectively present and demonstrate company products and services to clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, industrial or related field).

• With solid knowledge or hands-on experience in protective coatings/paints (e.g., surface preparation, corrosion protection systems, and coating application standards).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.

• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle.

• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel as required.
