Bakels Phils., Inc. (BPI) is a member of the Bakels global network which originated in Netherlands. The successful candidate shall be working in a multinational work environment and shall enjoy a pay mix type of compensation; Basic salary, Monthly commissions, Quarterly & Annual sales incentives, Annual performance bonus on top of the 13th month pay mandated by law. Qualification and Requirements:

a. Experience Level: 2-5 years of relevant experience from baking industry or related HORECA
b. Education: Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's degree
c. Based on Metro Manila South

The duties and responsibilities of a Solutions Prover or Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative;

a. Acquiring new customers
b. Key Accounts management
c. Sales Forecasting
d. Customer Care
e. Active Participation in sales coverage and marketing activities
f. Distributor Management
g. Sales Planning
h. Reports directly to the Channel Sales Manager
