Lenovo is looking for a trusted Technical Sales Solutions Architect to support customers and sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, from initial discovery discussions to final solution design and deal closure. In this role, you will translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, commercially viable infrastructure solutions, ensuring customer outcomes remain at the center of every engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Own the end-to-end technical solution architecture for complex infrastructure opportunities, including discovery, solution design, sizing, proposal development, technical validation, and sales support through deal closure.
• Translate customer business objectives and technical requirements into innovative infrastructure architectures across compute, storage, networking, cloud, and AI solutions where applicable.
• Design, size, and validate solutions based on workload requirements, performance expectations, scalability needs, and commercial considerations using industry best practices and sizing tools.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, leading architecture workshops, technical presentations, demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and executive-level discussions.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Services, and Business Partners to develop differentiated and competitive solutions that accelerate pipeline growth and drive successful business outcomes.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and solution architecture training for partners and internal teams, ensuring strong knowledge of the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and architectural best practices.
• Lead technical responses for strategic opportunities, including RFPs, solution proposals, competitive positioning, and technical evaluations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Experience designing and architecting IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and ideally AI or high-performance computing environments.
• 2-3 years of experience in a solutions architect, presales, technical consulting, or related customer-facing technical role within a vendor, systems integrator, or similar IT environment.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies and the ability to develop solution architectures that balance performance, scalability, resilience, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Passion for technology and solution selling, with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, with confidence interacting with technical experts as well as senior decision-makers.
• A structured, proactive, and self-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
