In this role, you'll demonstrate professional diagnostic equipment and software, build relationships with distributors and customers, and help repair professionals identify the right diagnostic solutions for their businesses.
If you have experience with diagnostic scan tools, diagnostic software, vehicle troubleshooting, technical equipment, or automotive/heavy-duty repair, we'd like to hear from you.

- Conduct hands-on demonstrations of TEXA diagnostic tools and software.
- Learn about customers' diagnostic challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Explain diagnostic capabilities, applications, software features, coverage, and product benefits.
- Work with distributors to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Support distributors and customers during product demonstrations and evaluations.
- Follow up on leads generated through distributors, marketing activities, trade shows, referrals, product demonstrations, and other sources.
- Help customers determine which diagnostic solutions best meet their needs.
- Work closely with TEXA sales, technical support, training, and marketing teams.
- Maintain customer, distributor, lead, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, distributor events, industry events, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Stay current on diagnostic technology, industry developments, and competing products.
- Help develop and strengthen TEXA's distribution channels and customer relationships.
- Work toward established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
What We're Looking For
We're especially interested in candidates with hands-on diagnostic experience.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience related to automotive, heavy-duty truck, construction, agricultural, marine, powersports, off-highway, or equipment diagnostics.
- Experience using or supporting diagnostic scan tools, diagnostic software, electronic testing equipment, or similar technical products.
- Understanding of vehicle/equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic processes.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfort demonstrating technical products to customers.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and practically.
- Interest in sales, business development, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer and distributor relationships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
