About the Opportunity

Carrier is expanding its commercial operations team and is seeking professionals with experience in customer service, sales support, technical product support, training, and commercial operations. Successful candidates may be considered for a variety of roles supporting customers, distributors, sales teams, and business operations for Global Export Sales.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support customer inquiries and order management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical product information and commercial support.
• Assist with quotations, proposals, documentation, and sales enablement activities.
• Deliver product knowledge sharing and training programs where required.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and service teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills. Strong English skills are advantaged
