TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT LEADER

• Lead and coordinate the Technical Sales Support team to ensure effective sales support activities.
• Provide technical support and solutions to the Sales team and customers.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate with related departments to develop appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, calculations, and other supporting documents for sales activities.
• Support the Sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure technical requirements are properly addressed.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide technical input to support business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma Engineering or Science (S1, D4 or D3)
• Minimum experience : 2 years (Industrial Sales)
• Professional looking, initiative and good communication skill.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thriving amidst uncertainty.
• Possess pleasant personality, discipline, attention to detail.
• Can work independently as well as a team member.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Work placement : Semarang, Central Java Province.
