Technical Sales Support (Machine Tools)

Machinebanks' Corp (Industrial Company) is hiring Technical Sales Support for Machine Tools

Location: 482 Gregorio Araneta Ave. Quezon City

• Full time (Monday-Friday) 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Gas allowance are provided + meal allowance (during field assignments)

Job Description

• Support sales team during client visits, machine demos, and technical presentations
• Assist in machine demonstrations (CNC, automation, or related equipment)
• Prepare technical proposals and machine recommendations based on customer requirements
• Provide application support and basic troubleshooting for machines
• Coordinate with principals/suppliers for technical training, specs, and support
• Work closely with customers to understand machining requirements and production needs
• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Maintain knowledge of machine tools, CNC operations, and industry trends

Job Qualifications

• Background in CNC machining, machine operation, or related technical field
• At least 1–2 years experience in machining, manufacturing, or technical role
• Familiar with CNC machines (lathe, milling, machining center)
• Able to assist in machine demos and explain basic technical concepts
• Good communication skills
• Willing to do fieldwork and customer visits
