  • Establish and enforce standards, governance, and approval workflows for new and revised items.

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure system data aligns with operational requirements.

  • Identify and correct system-related issues that impact production efficiency, inventory accuracy, or order fulfillment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Rig-DISH teams, Fulfillment, Distribution, and Centers of Excellence to improve operational execution.

  • Collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines to align systems, processes, and execution.

  • Provide technical and operational support as needed to ensure business continuity and performance

  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement cost-effective corrective actions.

  • Maintain documentation, standard work, and procedures related to systems and processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Success Measures

  • Improved Item Master accuracy and system data integrity

  • Reduced production and fulfillment errors related to NetSuite system data

  • Improved on-time delivery and order-to-cash performance

  • Successful completion of operational and process improvement projects

  • Positive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
