This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep customers, technicians , and internal teams aligned. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to coordinate technician site visits.
• Monitor incoming communication channels and ensure all messages are responded to in a timely manner.
• Review analytics and ensure all Tech on Site tickets are updated in the correct categories.
• Track parts deliveries and provide regular updates.
• Review upcoming site visits to confirm that all relevant information is available so technicians can complete the job efficiently.
• Ensure every calendar appointment includes the correct attendees, location, contact information, model numbers, and all other required details.
• Review Tech on Site reports, clarify next steps, and follow up to ensure all relevant parties understand their responsibilities.
• Send, collect, and process site compliance forms, warranty acknowledgment forms, and customer feedback forms.
• Monitoring incoming communication channels, ensuring that all messages are timeously responded to.
• Scheduling TOS
• Reviewing analytics, ensuring that all Tech on Site (T) tickets are in their updated categories. Tracking deliveries of parts and updating me accordingly.
• Keeping a log of who requests travel, the dates traveled, and the costs of all parts of the trip.
• Reviewing upcoming site visits to ensure that all of the relevant information is available to ensure that the technician can show up as needed to complete the job as efficiently as possible.
• Making sure that every calendar appointment has the right people invited, location, contact info, model numbers, all other information.
• Reviewing TOS reports and clarifying the next steps, following up to make sure that relevant parties are fully aware of their next steps.
• Ensuring that FSM fields are correctly filled.
• Ensuring that sites compliance forms, warranty acknowledgment forms, customer feedback forms are sent out, returned and appropriately processed.
