Technical SEO Specialist

Skills Caravan is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of the technical SEO health, website performance and organic visibility of our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimise Webflow websites — hands-on Webflow experience is mandatory.
• Improve website architecture, URL structures, internal linking, redirects, canonicalisation and XML sitemaps.
• Monitor and resolve crawl and indexing issues through Google Search Console.
• Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed and overall website performance.
• Implement and manage structured data/schema markup.
• Identify technical opportunities to improve organic visibility and search engine accessibility.
• Work closely with content, design and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving technical SEO practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO
• Mandatory: Strong practical experience with Webflow
• B.Tech / BCA / MCA qualification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of HTML, website architecture and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability and indexation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify technical issues and implement solutions.
• Expertise in Technical & Semantic SEO, AIO/GEO, analytics, and content strategy.
• Ability to drive organic growth across Google and AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & Perplexity.
