Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling Customer service requests.
• Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service repairs to workshop.
• Coordinate with insurance Co. workshop for accident management.
• Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle.
• To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience.
• Ensure coordination between all departments with regards to payment of invoices to dealers.
• Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
• To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
• To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile)
• 2-4 years of experience for TSA in service in Automobile sector
• Core technical (automobiles repair process)
• Negotiation skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Customer centric approach
• Team player
• Fluent in English spoken Hindi
• Basic Computer Knowledge
