Job Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise machinery services (coolant monitoring, tank cleaning, oil changes) as the main technical contact for North and South Luzon clients.
• Manage and document on-site product trials and evaluations (T&E) according to strict schedules.
• Lead field helpers to maintain safety and quality standards, and act as the designated backup technician for major client accounts.
• Investigate client complaints using survey forms and draft formal reports analyzing the root causes.
• Prepare required field safety permits (Work Permits, Job Hazard Analyses) and present daily and weekly activity reports to management.
• Report to the immediate head any findings from daily customer visits.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational Course, Short Course Certificate, or a Degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, or any related technical field.
• Preferably with hands-on experience in machining, grinding operations, metalworking production, or other related industrial environments.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and hands-on technical activities.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with DL Codes A, B, B1, & B2 and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Willing to travel and provide technical support to customer sites as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate shall receive the following:

• Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
