Position: Technical Service Engineer(3rd party contractor)

Location: Bangkok and customer manufacturing site in many industrial zones

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for projects, including installation and troubleshooting of products and processes.
• Act as the primary on-site partner, building strong understanding of customer operations, processes, and needs.
• Deliver on-site support and product evaluation to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize line conditions during trials and production.
• Prepare and manage samples for testing and analysis.
• Expand product applications across customer processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to deliver end-to-end support, including NPI, installation, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical, or engineering roles, preferably within the electronics or related manufacturing industries.
• Experience in the PCB or FPC industry; hands-on knowledge of EP - electrolytic copper plating processes // pulse plating & via filling process // PTH - electroless copper or related.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Good in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated initiative with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated professional with strong work discipline, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership potential.
• Willing and able to spend significant time at customer sites, including frequent travel, to build deep customer engagement and provide on-site support.
• Ability to take initiative, identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Willing to travel and obtain a personal car and driving license.
