TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Qualification: Bachelors Degree/ diploma in Engineering/ manufacturing engineering equivalent

Preferred experience: experience in electrical system and pneumatic system maintenance.

Preferably 2-5 years working experience.

Travel & Availability : To be able to travel independently as required for site visits and to be available for urgent service requests where reasonably necessary

Basic Purpose of VTS job:

Support Vaccination Technology and Services business in Malaysian territory.

Support VTS equipment improvement

Logistic and supply chain for VTS equipment and parts.

Accountabilities:

Preserving ongoing vaccination quality (conduct routine audits) by regular customer site visit poultry hatchery and farm. Feedback from customer are finalized in field visit report.

VTS equipment R&D improvement to seek local sourcing parts and local equipment manufacture.

Conduct VTS Service such as; installation, preventive maintenance, equipment audit, customer training, corrective maintenance, vaccination audit/process review, general vaccination process and equipment, review inventory.

Follow vaccine mixing and handling guidelines with implementations at customer site.
