What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle and troubleshoot application-related incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting, issue analysis, and user support for business applications.
- Manage ISR requests, including application/dashboard/SSO access and configuration-related requests.
- Perform SQL-based data validation and data fixes for application-related issues.
- Coordinate with DevOps and Development teams for SP fixes, code-level issues, and complex incidents.
- Communicate with users and technical teams through calls, emails, and ticket updates to drive issues to resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in application support .
- Strong understanding of issue analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using Servicenow or similar ITSM platforms for incident management.
