Key responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support for charging pile products including remote guidance, on-site installation commissioning and customer problem response
- Assist customers with equipment installation, commissioning, operation and fault diagnosis to ensure stable equipment delivery
- Conduct product usage and maintenance training for customers and maintain good customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to provide feedback on local and overseas field usage and assist with continuous product optimization
- Conduct regular and irregular overseas business trips to provide localized technical support and services
