TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves supporting the installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales service of electrical and control systems. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and working directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and technical solutions
• Perform site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper functionality during deployment
• Provide onsite inspection and after-sales technical support
• Deliver customer training on system operation and maintenance
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as needed

Qualifications

·         Registered Electrical Engineer. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, diagrams, and schematics.

·         Alternative Disciplines: Graduates of Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering with a strong grasp of programming, coding, or database management (e.g., C, C++, VB, Java, Python, MSSQL) are encouraged to apply.

·         Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and energy monitoring/power quality systems is a significant advantage.

·         Strong communication and technical writing skills; ability to manage multiple project sites and tasks effectively.

·         Willingness to travel and perform extensive fieldwork.
