What they need
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Course Graduate (Licensed Engineer is an advantage)
- With basic knowledge about IT products, IT equipment, copier/printer troubleshooting, repair and maintenance etc.
- Preferably with Sales and Marketing experience but not required.
- Multi-tasker, team player and can easily build rapport to clients.
Job Summary
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to ensure reliable equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
