Technical Service Engineer

Basic Requirements

1. Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation, or other related disciplines.
2. Familiar with water meters, smart meters, energy meters, and other related metering products.
3. Capable of compiling plans, summaries, technical reports, and other technical documents.
4. Good team player with good communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers and new contacts.
5. Willing to visit customers and travel for field assignments when required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Regularly visit customers to provide technical support, introduce products, and understand customer requirements.
2. Assist customers with product installation, testing, troubleshooting, and other technical service activities.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team and Technical team to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
4. Assist in organizing meetings with customers to facilitate technical discussions and project execution.
5. Prepare technical reports, service records, and other documents related to customer and project activities.
