Technical service engineer

Our product portfolio includes patient monitors, electrocardiographs (ECG), electroencephalographs (EEG), electromyographs(EMG), ventilators, defibrillators, and other digital healthcare systems used in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

To support these life-saving technologies, our Technical Service team provides installation, preventive maintenance, repair, technical support, and service quality improvement activities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal performance throughout the product lifecycle.

• Lead service operations, repair workflow, technical escalation, and service quality improvement activities.
• Develop troubleshooting standards, repair procedures, preventive maintenance approaches, and service documentation practices.
• Analyze service data, repeat failures, turnaround time, parts usage, and customer feedback to identify improvement actions.
• Coordinate spare parts planning, critical parts availability, tool readiness, and procurement follow-up with supply chain and suppliers.
• Establish escalation routes for complex technical issues and coordinate with factories, RA/QA, sales, and product teams.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and knowledge sharing for recurring service problems.
• Develop service capability through training, coaching, technical standards, and review of field practices.
