What they need
About the role
Join iLaser and build your skills with 3D printers, laser engraving machines and CNC equipment from brands such as Bambu Lab, xTool, Makera and more. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines, working closely with a small, hands-on team.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines
- Replace parts, calibrate equipment and test performance
- Help customers with machine setup, operation and technical enquiries
- Support installations, demonstrations and occasional onsite service
- Keep clear service records and organise tools and spare parts
About you
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related discipline
- Interested in hands-on repairs and willing to learn
- Responsible, careful and able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Experience with 3D printing, laser machines or electronics repair is a plus
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome
