About the Company
Manufacturer of specialty pigment dispersions and colorants for PU Foam, Footwear, Artificial Leather (PU & PVC), FRP, IMC, Coatings and Adhesives.
Position Summary
Develop pigment dispersions for artificial leather, establish an application lab, replicate customer processes, support customer trials and recommend laboratory equipment and raw materials.
Key Responsibilities

Education
B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Paint Technology, M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience
3-8 years in Artificial Leather manufacturing, R&D, Technical Service, Quality or Application Development.
Preferred Candidate
Hands-on experience in PU/PVC artificial leather manufacturing with the ability to establish an application laboratory and independently conduct customer trials.
