Technical Service Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage BM/PM operations for self-service laundry stores under 24WASH (including washing, drying, and utility systems).
• Monitor and control repair and maintenance tasks to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines.
• Schedule work shifts, assign maintenance jobs, and manage work orders as reported.
• Receive feedback and comments from customers or related departments to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
• Manage the Service Technician team and plan for employee skill development.
• Oversee and inspect the team’s tools and equipment, ensuring proper allocation and suitability.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as CRM and Warehouse.
• Liaise with external contractors and outsourced service providers.
• Prepare related documents such as job orders, repair completion forms, and spare parts requisition forms.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, repair work, or project-related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising or managing maintenance, repair, or other relevant projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage teams to achieve goals.
• High sense of responsibility, good time management, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in electrical appliance business or self-service laundry operations will be an advantage.
