Technical Service Manager (Spectrometer/ HPLC)

Manage and lead technical service operations to deliver reliable, high-quality support and ensure customer satisfaction. The role oversees service teams, technical activities, customer issues, and coordination with principals and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical service operations and ensure timely response to customer requirements.
• Lead and manage Service Engineers and technical teams.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Coordinate with principals/suppliers on technical matters, training, and product support.
• Support Sales and Business Development with technical expertise and customer solutions.
• Manage service performance, KPIs, resources, and service costs.
• Develop service processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of technical service/field engineering experience.
• Proven team leadership and customer management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand and overseas when required.
