What they need
- Prepare service readiness for new products, including motorcycles and multipurpose engines
- Monitor product quality after launch and implement preventive actions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Thai Honda, Global Honda, and distributors to resolve market quality issues
- Investigate, analyze, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Technology/ Automotive Engineering or related field
Understands motorcycle function and quality issue in automotive field will be advantaged
Good communication in English (TOEIC score 500 up)
Can ride any type of motorcycle and have a driver's license
Good commence in basic computer application (MS. office, CATIA V5 / Solid Work, online meeting application) / Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA) for analysis
Ability to analyze quality problems and identify root causes
