Technical Service Specialist

About the Role

A&B Lock and Security LLC is seeking a motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our team. This position combines in-office technical support with in-field service, focusing on:

● Electronic access control systems

● Surveillance cameras

● Alarm systems

● Small commercial networks

● VOIP systems

Training will be provided, with opportunities for in-field ride-alongs, installations, and service once you are comfortable on our systems. You’ll work closely with our Technical Operations Manager to address service tickets and collaborate with field technicians, often interacting directly with customers. This is a newly created position with strong potential for career development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide Tier 1 technical support (in office and remotely)

● Manage health and performance of cloud/remote systems

● Troubleshoot and repair electronic/network systems

● Collaborate with service technicians and office staff

● Conduct in-field service calls as assigned

● Assist with annual service contracts and maintenance plans

● Build and install camera servers as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
