We are looking for a motivated engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for semiconductor technology to work closely with customers and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot wire bonding issues at customer sites.
• Understand customer needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Conduct technical evaluations and projects to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development and customer satisfaction.
• Guide and support engineers and technicians.
• Prepare technical reports and evaluation results.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in wire bonding and semiconductor packaging.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 5 years' experience preferred; junior engineers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel if required.
