Technical Service Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat regarding their electrical equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to electrical systems, including faulty wiring, circuit breakers, and fuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-13 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for electrical products or services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and components (e.g., motors, generators).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
