Technical Services Associate

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stability and compatibility testing of personal care and drug products
• Perform product performance, sensory, and safety evaluations
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports
• Coordinate recruitment of product test respondents based on study requirements
• Assist in clinical product efficacy and safety testing
• Liaise with external laboratories and market research agencies for testing requirements
• Support consumer acceptability studies such as Home Usage Tests (HUTs) and Central Location Tests (CLTs)
• Conduct competitive product profiling and benchmarking activities
• Maintain accurate test records, data analysis, and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses
• At least 1 year of experience in product testing, laboratory work, or related functions
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to perform field work when necessary
