Technical Services Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized Technical Services Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the seamless delivery of technical services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical service activities for vessels operating worldwide.
• Plan and monitor service attendances, installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, subcontractors, and service partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor open service cases and support the successful resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Shipping or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in technical coordination, maritime operations, customer support, or a related role.
• Maritime industry experience and familiarity with SoftOne ERP or Softway applications will be considered an advantage.
