Technical Services Engineer

Innovative Driven, a well-established ALSP, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Services Engineer to work remotely Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm EST .

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage numerous complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements
• Takes appropriate action to meet client needs and address concerns without jeopardizing business outcomes or results.
• Utilizes approved methods to monitor and evaluate Project Management feedback
• Creating thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects; provide final quality control check on client deliverables; presenting findings to client on a routine basis
• Troubleshooting and resolving varied problems

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• U.S Citizen (Required)
• Relativity: 5 years (Required)
• Significant and extensive work experience as a Relativity Technician.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be comfortable with public speaking and developing relationships across all levels of the enterprise
• Effective delegation abilities
• Outstanding time management skills – should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive Relativity knowledge of users, groups, permissions, fields, layouts, views, custom objects, event handlers, imaging, and OCR, indexing and searching, production sets, importing and exporting, ARM creation and restoration.
• Superior Excel skills
• Exceptional in the customization of load files to adhere to client specifications
• Relativity Expert or Master certification a plus
• Experience in Relativity, ReadySuite, Message Crawler, and/or Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) handling a plus
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills

• 4-6 years’ experience with Relativity or equivalent experience in eDiscovery; RCA is a plus
• Experience with data management tools
• Comprehension of relational database concepts
• Experience querying databases and working with large volumes of data
• Microsoft Excel or other reporting tools
• Able to write simple SQL queries
• Able to write simple Powershell scripts
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
• Displays extreme passion for data and problem solving - is driven to ask the right questions and surface up business insights
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Works efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines while balancing multiple projects and multiple stakeholders
• Excels at cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing
