Technical Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Chiller Technicians.
• Monitor daily service schedules, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and projects.
• Conduct quality inspections and site visits to ensure work standards are met.
• Review service reports, job orders, and technical documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints, back jobs, and technical issues.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate technician performance.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Implement safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Management regarding manpower requirements and operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Chiller, or Technical Services Operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledgeable in air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in preparing reports and managing field operations.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
