We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee technical service operations, engineering support, maintenance activities, and service delivery standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage technical teams, service partners, budgets, and operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

🔹 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead daily technical services, maintenance, and engineering support operations.

✅ Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across critical systems and equipment.

✅ Supervise technical teams, engineers, technicians, contractors, and external service providers.

✅ Develop maintenance schedules, service plans, resource requirements, and operational priorities.

✅ Monitor equipment performance, service quality, downtime, response times, and technical KPIs.

✅ Coordinate inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical improvement projects.

✅ Manage vendors, service contracts, quotations, procurement requirements, and contractor performance.

✅ Ensure technical activities comply with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

✅ Monitor technical budgets, maintenance costs, spare parts, tools, and resource utilization.

✅ Investigate recurring technical issues and implement root-cause and corrective-action measures.

✅ Prepare technical reports, performance dashboards, maintenance records, and recommendations for senior management.

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Technical Services, or a related discipline.

💼 6+ years of experience in technical services, engineering, facilities, maintenance, or technical operations.

🛠️ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building systems, or relevant technical infrastructure.

📊 Experience with maintenance planning, budgets, KPIs, vendor management, and service contracts.

💻 Familiarity with CMMS, CAFM, ERP, maintenance, and technical reporting systems.

🦺 Strong understanding of HSE, quality control, preventive maintenance, and compliance requirements.

🤝 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

⭐ NEBOSH, IOSH, CMRP, PMP, or relevant technical certification is an advantage.

🌍 UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
